有机荧光染料尺寸小不干扰生物结构和功能,光谱范围宽颜色通道多样,化学易修饰,这些优点使得有机荧光染料成为超分辨荧光成像中优于荧光蛋白和荧光量子点的首选荧光团。但现有的荧光染料光强度和稳定性等难以满足超分辨成像的要求。亚博棋牌利用荧光染料化学结构统计归纳与理论计算相结合的方法,首先理解已有荧光染料的发光构效关系,从而找到制约荧光性能缺陷的关键因素,提出改进方案并合成目标结构加以验证,并不断通过新的发光构效关系分析优化对荧光染料发光构效关系的认识,创造出适用于超分辨成像的新型荧光染料,具有突出的荧光强度和光稳定性,这一系列荧光染料被命名为DICP Fluor Dyes,并进一步开发了一批能够识别众多不同生物客体的性能优越的荧光探针。深入研究荧光染料的激发态行为,发现和推广了新型的荧光物理过程,将其与生物体系结合,应用于药物筛选、生物分子细胞标记等。
